SGSN Context Acknowledge Message <sgsnContextAck>
Sent from the new SGSN to the old SGSN in response to an SGSN Context Response.

The message must include at least the following elements (IEs) in order to be considered valid by an SGSN:
- cause
In a positive response, the following IEs are also required:
- teid_2 (one for each active context)
- sgsn_user_addr
