Dedicated Core Network (DCN) Reroute  <dcn_reroute> 

Created a reroute definition for a specified UE Usage Type.
Reference: 3GPP TS 36.413
If the MME receives a UE Usage Type IE within the S1 Initial UE message, then it will lookup the UE Usage Type in this list and if it exists, it will perform a reroute and provide the associated MME code.
