TLS Config/Enable  <tls> 

The presence of this element enables TLS, and the contents configures its operation.
This element forces the use of TLS on this connection. This may also change the default local port for some protocols. The use of TLS will will impact on performance. This impact can be as high as 50-70% reduction in performance.
